Goodfellow & Goodfellow Real Estate is hiring a permanent, part-time Multi-media Coordinator!
- We are seeking an individual who has education/experience in photography, print design, website maintenance, social media, video production and writing/editing.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is necessary, as the position requires frequent travel within the city.
- The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently but also enjoys working as part of a team.
- The individual filling this role is detail oriented and has a high regard for deadlines
- Position is permanent, part-time (Monday to Wednesday)
- Deadline for applications is Friday, March 21. Start date TBD.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Multi-media Coordinator is responsible for the company’s online presence.
- Maintain & update website content including current and sold listings
- Manage & update social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Kijiji)
- Research, author and publish blog/online content.
- Manage SEO and keywords to increase web site traffic and ranking.
- Track and maintain website stats using Google Analytics.
- Research and implement upcoming Real Estate technology trends.
- Monitor local publications for community involvement opportunities.
- Update the team on current projects and innovative technology at the weekly office meetings.
- Create new and exciting marketing to generate lead generation.
Multi-media Coordinator is responsible for preparing marketing materials under Management’s guidance:
- Design and create marketing materials as required, such as: Transcona View’s advertising, brochures, publications, hand-outs, bus benches, and signage.
- Design and create REALTOR® marketing materials as required, such as: feature sheets and personal promotional materials.
- Photograph new listings. Edit and optimize photos for web/print. Upload photos to website and send to social media accounts.
- Produce promotional videos for listings, REALTOR® and company.
- Keep testimonials on file for potential future promotional pieces.
Cross-training and Responsibilities:
Multi-media Coordinator will be trained to assume the Administrative Assistant’s during periods of vacation or absences.Required Software Skills (MAC) and Knowledge:
- DSLR Cameras and On-Camera Flash Techniques
- Adobe Lightroom 3 (or equivalent)
- Adobe InDesign CS5.5
- Adobe Photoshop CS5.5
- Adobe Illustrator CS5.5
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Website Maintenance (basic)
- Adobe Premiere CS5.5
- Previous office experience will be considered an asset
