True, however, can any agent give you a list of all the homes in your price range and area and then check for any new listings that come on the MLS® system two or three hours after you have received that initial list? We can!

The way the MLS® system works is when a home is listed on MLS® Monday afternoon, it will appear in the Winnipeg Real Estate for the 1st time not the next Friday, but rather on the following Friday. However, if the home is listed and turned in say on the weekend, then it will show up in the Winnipeg Real Estate News the following Friday. In the market that Winnipeg is experiencing now, that is too late.
