The current owner has lived here since 2000. We sold the home to the homeowners at the time. They wanted to make this their eventual retirement residence and spared no expense, nor over-looked any detail to beautifully maintain and decorate this home.

FIRST: The homeowner pro-actively set out to create a great foundation to build upon. To avoid any potential future problems after experiencing some seepage in the basement a professional company dug up part of the driveway in order to excavate to the foundation on the east and part of the north side of the home. When they felt that the home was ready, they set out to remodel...and remodel she did...everything from the exciting and trendy kitchen with Caesar stone counters, new flooring, PVC triple pane windows throughout, high-end remodelling of two bathrooms, additional attic insulation, installation of a beautiful gas fireplace in the recroom... and on and on...

All yard landscaping was regraded to slope away from the home. The oversized double garage has power, new doors, and eaves troughs intentionally positioned to divert water to the lovely garden areas. While there is seepage into the garage, as most garages do during spring thaws and excessive rains, there is evidence of deterioration on some footings. Also to note a few small entry holes from either squirrels or mice that have been there since they purchased.

When they did something to improve the property, it was done right and with a lot of forethought and planning.  Even the entry doors of the home and garage have been upgraded with high end keypad entry systems!

Appreciate the expense and effort that was put into this lovely home. A treasure just waiting to be discovered!
