Meet Bob Goodfellow

Bob has over three decades of experience as a REALTOR® with a proven track record. Bob was the Top Producing agent in an office of approximately 30 WinnipegREALTORS® for 10 consecutive years. He has been the recipient of multiple gold awards as the Top Producing agent in a company with approximately 120 REALTORS® (1982-1992). Bob also set the record for the highest single monthly dollar volume sales, with Delbro Real Estate Ltd., that was Winnipeg's largest independent real estate firm. 

In 1993, Lead Marketing in Toronto ranked Bob as 25th out of 80,000 WinnipegREALTORS® in Canada for the number of units sold. He is also a recommended REALTOR® of choice for many Top Relocation Companies. Business has grown steadily for Bob, creating the need for him to hire a Team of Professionals in order to ensure that his desire to provide Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction would be upheld. 

Bob leads his Team with the same Award Winning Service that he has provided since first acquiring his license in 1979. Keeping up to date with the latest in technology, marketing, professional continuing education and market trends in addition to being involved in charitable endeavors and Community, rounds Bob out on a professional level. He is an avid fisherman at a Professional Level and has co-founded a Charity Fishing Tournament called Reel Solutions for Youth, in addition to being an annual organizer of The Manitoba Real Estate Association's REALTORS Care® Charity Fishing Tournament. 

His personal passions are his wife and partner of 40 years, Deb, his beloved daughter, Ashley and his dog-son Yorkie, Simon. Bob feels that recognition from within the industry is gratifying, but is of no value if it was not for the validation from past clients, friends and family who continue to place their confidence in him and his highly qualified Team of Professionals. This is Bob's true measure of Success. His integrity, ethics, hard work, and tireless dedication to both his clients in the industry, as well as his professionalism have been the keys to his past success and it will be the cornerstone of his business in the future.
