In the Community
Real Estate is more than just selling houses! It is all about people, community and caring. Giving back and making a contribution is important to us on so many levels. We are concerned about building strong and vibrant communities with a good quality of life for all.
The causes may change from year to year, but our commitment to giving back and trying to make a difference remains consistent. It is an opportunity for us to pay forward our Blessings! A few of the organizations we support...
The Manitoba Real Estate Association Shelter Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that raises money for shelter-related charities in Manitoba. Goodfellow and Goodfellow & Lind Real Estate has been a huge part of the Annual REALTORS Care® Easter Dinner at Siloam Mission since it began in 2005. Did you know that everyday 3 Canadians are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis? It is a disease that hits very close to our Goodfellow & Goodfellow & Lind home. Our own Lori Lind was diagnosed with MS in 1988. Right now there is no cure and no known causes for MS. We are doing our small part to try and change that, by supporting Team Captain Lori Lind and her team MASS SYNERGY in the annual MS Walk.
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is envisioned to be an international destination of human rights learning, dialogue and greater understanding. Museum visitors, both on-line and in-person, will be taken on a journey through our human rights history. Find out more about Deb Goodfellow's involvement with the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
