Among winning numerous awards (including the Winnipeg REALTORS® 2010 Community Service Award) our Broker, Deb Goodfellow, spent 15 years involved in the governance of the Real Estate Industry as President of both the Winnipeg Real Estate Association and the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Also, Bob was ranked 25th out of 80,000 Realtors in Canada (for most units sold) by Toronto's Lead Marketing, in 1993.

We want to keep informed on all the latest trends in the Real Estate Industry. That is why we attend an annual International Real Estate conference and trade show. We learn about the latest in technology, trends, and marketing in order to better serve you- our valued client!  We also attend mandatory continuing education courses and professional development courses.

The Extras
We work hard to go above and beyond your expectations. This is why we offer complimentary staging services (whether you need a few minor touches or a whole new decor). We also have an experienced photographer on staff, because great photos of your home can really stand out from the rest. Once your home is bought/sold we also make sure to follow-up on all financial and legal aspects to make sure you are taken care of.
